Few Simple Steps to Owning your Personalized Figurine
1. Contact and send us a clear view of your photo/s. Let us know your choice of design from our range of models or email us picture/s (preferred) or a description of your desired pose and attire. You may add a background, pets or other items for just $10-50 depending on the complexity involved. Just communicate to us your needs and we will give you a quote promptly.
2. Bid and make payment with the invoice.
3. We will email you a photo of an initial sculpture for your approval within 7 days.
4. Upon approval, your figurine will be completed, carefully packed and delivered to you. Then you will have your very own personalized clay dolly thereafter! Please allow 14-18 days for the production, approval and international courier of your order.

1. These handmade caricature clay figurines are NOT intended to be a portrait or exact replica of the person shown in the photograph.
2. There will be no refund once payment is completed.

FAQs:
Will the figurine look exactly like me?
Personalized figurines are not intended to be portraits but caricature representations in style. Rest assured we will try to get as close as we can with the information and requirements provided by customers.
What are the photo requirements?
To make a hand sculpted caricature figurine that looks like you, we first need a clear front view photo or even a series of photographs of you if possible. Please email us your photos as soon as possible after payment.
How big are the figurines?
They are about 14-16cm tall, each individual figurine weighing approximately 500g.
How long will it take to reach me upon ordering?
Please allow approximately 14-18 days for production, approval and delivery. Lead time will increase if customers take longer to approve the initial sculptures.
Do you accept rush orders?
Yes! Communicate to us your needs before making any payment and we will try to meet your schedule as far as possible.
What if the figurine is broken upon delivery?
This usually does not happen but please check the item before you sign the receipt of the delivery. Reject the delivery as the courier company is responsible for damaging the item. Let us know and we will deal the rest with them. If it is a small chip, super glue may just work well for the repair.
What is your returns policy?
Since the personalized figurines are made to custom specifications and one-of-a-kind, all orders are final and there will be no refunds, returns or exchanges given.
